OVERVIEW

 

The position is for an Account Manager who will be responsible for tracking account usage and identifying opportunities to grow the account amongst existing and new teams. You will be required to develop the relationship with existing product champions and make contact with new department heads to introduce our solutions to their teams. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting reviews to the client’s heads of departments and board members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Track the usage levels of accounts by teams and in terms of absolute numbers of users
  • Identify opportunities to grow the usage amongst existing users and new teams
  • Identify existing and potential champions and make contact via email, phone and Linkedin
  • Prepare and present a review every 3 months and a full executive review once a year.
  • Track renewal levels and report on ​growth accounts and ​reasons for lapsed accounts

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Good knowledge of software systems such as CRM, project management and workflow tools
  • 2-5 years sales or account management experience 
  • High energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s technology needs and guide them to a solution

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required for overtime. Competitive leave package.
