The position is for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for identifying clients requirements, designing and implementing solutions and providing ongoing support to the client to continually develop and improve their system. You will need to have a strong ability to understand company processes in detail and be able to design and implement suitable workflows in our solutions. You should understand the commercial impact implementing new software solutions can have on a business.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required for overtime.
