OVERVIEW

 

The position is for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for identifying clients requirements, designing and implementing solutions and providing ongoing support to the client to continually develop and improve their system. You will need to have a strong ability to understand company processes in detail and be able to design and implement suitable workflows in our solutions. You should understand the commercial impact implementing new software solutions can have on a business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Scope out the customer’s requirements in detail
  • Design solutions to fit the requirements
  • Document the requirements in a structured format
  • Demonstrate the solutions in person or online
  • Implement the solutions 
  • Train the customer on the new system
  • Provide ongoing technical support to help the customer improve the system

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Very good knowledge of information technology systems
  • Good understanding of business process technology
  • Good administrative skills
  • High energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A highly ambitious and motivated person

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required for overtime.
