OVERVIEW

 

The position is for a Sales Consultant who will be responsible for qualifying leads, identifying clients requirements and designing and presenting solutions. You will lead the technical pre-sales relationship, gain a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, demonstrate the solution, anticipate concerns, and offers creative solutions. The goal is to build trust in the solutions you present and close the deal.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Qualify leads by product fit, sales stage and opportunity value
  • Understand the customer’s requirements in detail and identify the most critical features
  • Design solutions to fit the requirements
  • Demonstrate the application in person or online
  • Provide technical support to help the prospect evaluate the solution 

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Good knowledge of software systems such as CRM, project management and workflow tools
  • 2-5 years sales experience in complex, technical products
  • High energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s technology needs and guide them to a solution

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required for overtime. Competitive leave package.
